Pay: $53,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Our therapists serve the youth in both our residential and day reporting programs, along with community clients. This position reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

The Impact You Will Make

• Clinical Healing: Conduct transformative individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Skill Building: Teach youth vital coping, conflict resolution, anger management, and impulse control skills.
• Empowering Staff: Facilitate impactful team trainings on Trauma-Informed Care, suicide prevention, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
• Diagnostic Leadership: Formulate Initial Treatment Plans, CANS assessments, and monthly progress reviews to chart each resident’s success.
• Crisis Advocacy: Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call cell phone pool to support youth during therapeutic crises (includes an extra $150 bonus per rotation).

What We Look For

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Licensure: LSW or LMHC required; LCSW is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Core Readiness: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and able to pass standard background, DCS registry, plus physical/ TB Test and drug screening.
• Resilience: Comfort working directly with complex trauma, neurodivergence, or agitated youth/ family members who require a calming, de-escalating presence.
