WHO WE SERVE

Our community outpatient therapy program provides vital mental health support for youth and their families. We utilize cognitive-based therapies to help individuals develop coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen family dynamics. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals who are motivated to engage in therapy and can benefit from exploring thought patterns and developing new skills.

Please Note: We are not currently equipped to provide specialized support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
