Annual Background Schedule
Background checks for existing staff and volunteers must fall within the current calendar year in compliance with licensure requirements from DCS.
All checks must be completed by September 1st of the current calendar year.
The following table highlights the compliance calendar for staff to follow to have their annual requirements completed.
Fingerprints for all personnel will be conducted every 4 years. Staff on residential licenses will also be required to have fingerprints on file for the year of re-licensure.
